He used to be respected in 911 Truth, but now he's been sacked:
 http://truthaction.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2501

We don't need leaders who spread hoaxes...and we really don't need them lecturing us about Guy Fawkes and 9/11 as Tarpley will start doing in a couple of days...

Case Pegah Emambakhsh, Italy asks Britain not to deport Iranian lesbian

John Hooper in Rome - Guardian Unlimited | 25-08-2007 19:51 | Other Press | Sheffield

The British government was today under mounting pressure from Italy not to expel an Iranian lesbian who, campaigners say, faces death by stoning if forced to return to her own country.
The case of Pegah Emambakhsh, 40, has become front-page news in Italy while going almost unreported in Britain. Today, a leading member of the rightwing opposition, led by Silvio Berlusconi, joined a government minister in proposing Ms Emambakhsh should be given asylum in Italy if Britain insisted that she had to leave.

The Liquid Terror Bomb Mastermind - Aquitted

C | 17-12-2006 00:06 | Analysis | Anti-militarism | Other Press | Terror War | Sheffield | World

Rashid Rauf, the proclaimed mastermind behind the "liquid terror bomb" plot from the summer of 2006 is not to be proscuted for terror offensives due to a lack of evidence:

Pakistan drops terrorism charges against key suspect in Heathrow bomb plot

On December 13, in an extraordinary turn of events, a court in Pakistan dropped terrorism charges against British-born Rashid Rauf.

Rauf is the alleged “ringleader” of the most infamous terror plot ever apparently uncovered in Britain—the plan to explode a number of transatlantic airlines en route from London’s Heathrow airport.

Details of the court hearing are extremely limited. But according to reports, a judge at an anti-terrorism court in Rawalpinidi said that the case against Rauf did not “fall into the category of terrorism.”

Rauf’s lawyer, Hashmat Habib, said no evidence had been provided to back up claims that his client was part of a conspiracy to hijack airplanes, and the judge agreed to strike out the two charges against Rauf relating to terrorism. “That practically means that Rashid Rauf has been acquitted of charges relating to terrorism,” Habib said.

Into the Ring with Counterpunch on 9/11

Michael Keefer | 07-12-2006 23:08 | Analysis | Other Press | Sheffield | World

How Alexander Cockburn, Otherwise So Bright, Blanks Out on 9/11 Evidence

The first thing to say by way of preliminaries—and I’d better get it in quickly before someone suggests that I’ve turned up late or over-weight for a pre-match weighing-in—is that I’m not overjoyed with the pugilistic metaphor of my title.

But some sort of response to the volley of attacks on 9/11 researchers and activists with which the Counterpunch website marked the fifth anniversary of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 seems called for.

Newspaper editor collaborates with BNP

Antifa | 20-11-2006 19:08 | Anti-racism | Indymedia | Other Press | Sheffield

Local newpaper editor Danny Lockwood is being sued by Dewsbury Labour MP
Shahid Malik.
Lockwood has decided this matter is all about freedom of speech and has decided to start a fighting fund to pay his legal team.
However he has enlisted the help of resident BNP "folk" band "Red Claire"

Red Claire consists of BNP councillors Colin Auty and Paul Cromie along with BNP candidate Frank Atack.
Red Claire played at this years BNP Red,White and Blue festival.
They are playing at the Park Public House in Batley,a pub that regularly holds BNP meetings and has even had Nick Griffin speak there.

This isn't the first time Lockwood and the Press have shown support for the BNP.
But this has been the most open and blatant.

Please register your polite protests with the Dewsbury Press.

 lockwood@newspost.co.uk
or
 martin@dewsburypress.co.uk

Alternatively telephone them at 01924 439498

Please keep it polite please.
