Professor Jeff Halper is an Israeli Jew and the Director of the Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions (ICAHD)

Jeff gave a talk to a well attended meeting, he spoke of the 'Matrix of Control' that sustains the Israeli apartheid state in the occupied territories of the West Bank (see map) and Gaza, and described the brutal process and actuality of one typical series of the same house being demolished three times.
Linda Ramsden of ICAHD UK also gave a speech and made an appeal for ICAHD.
