Mark Mozaz Wallis was assaulted in Rotherham Town centre today. Kenny's bodyguards seized the video camera as footage was being obtained of this rare treat of the country legend playing on the streets of Rotherham.

well, I don't see ya point, I mean if this guy doesn't want to be filmed than this is his good right and even his freedom not to be. So, I don't know what kind of assault happend, but anyone should be allowed to resist, when he/she is filmed and doesn't want this.

I would suggest anyone who doesn't want to be filmed should avoid city centre busking. 0742's career as an Anarchosimian documentary maker is going from strength to strength.
Incidentally I have seen the censored footage where Mozaz drags the busker into a back alley and beats him to a bloody pulp with his bare hands. In future he will sing in a far more heart-felt manner.

That's not what the law says, is it? There's actually nothing to stop someone being filmed on the street and any attempt to stop it is just common assualt.

no, actually my point got nothing to do with any rubish about the law. It's just about personal freedom and I think even on the streets you should have this freedom protected, if you want to, I mean no question about filming fascists, taht's all right for research and the security of everyone, but for anyone else it's just the point about civil liberties and I personnaly don't care much if it's a stranger filming me or the state, I don't want both.

serial grass and egotist mark mozaz wallis should be ignored. if there is a way for indymedia to prevent him from cluttering up the web .. please find it. and if there is a way to stop him damaging the lives of anybody who gets involved with him please lets do it.

his latest plan is to help sabotage the chances of the most vunerable in this country, those with no passport, no income and no home, the opportunity to defend themselves against eviction onto the streets of sheffield, and perhaps deportation to places where they face torture and death.

MOZAZ.. get your head out of your arsehole and see the bigger picture. Let those whose lives are endangered by the coming court actions decide how they want to be defended.
