Add 4 squares of dark chocolate to a pan containing 4 tablespoons of water (to serve 1 person).
Stir continuously while heating the pan; the chocolate should melt into a smooth paste.
Next, very slowly, add a cup of milk - still heating and stiring.
Remove from the heat as liquid approaches boiling.
Now, fetch some of your favourite biscuits from the tin!
Vegans can use soya milk and Greens Organic Dark Chocolate.

And afterwards you wash the mug and pan using Ecover, right?
"* Ecover has long been associated with Group 4, the security firm which runs the Campsfield detention centre for asylum seekers and has been severely criticised for its violent handling of anti-roads protests. So while it is a good green buy, many people may choose to avoid it for other ethical reasons."

I should know I'm one of them, but, I do think that the Veggie chocolate poster probably realises anyway, that the world is full of political shit and capitalism too.
Thanks for the gen on Group 4/Ecover though, bit of a shame if the link is true. Just as well that I can't afford Ecover anyway!!........but I do like Chocolate.
