This is at odds with both the response of the Peak Park Authority, at a recent meeting, and the usual planning procedure, that requires the draft Orders to be published and a Public Enquiry to be held before *any* building work begins.

Four people from Sheffield went down to The Land is Ours' action in Pembrokeshire, South Wales, to save the Brithdir Mawr eco-roundhouse and had a great time of very fluffy, very effective and creative direct action.

The 300 year old beech tree and other surrounding trees at the Mansfield Woodhouse / Sherwood Forest tree camp have won a two month repreive. Following an intensive local campaign, supported by campaigners from around the region and around the world, Mansfield District Council agreed, at a 10th March meeting, to an independent inquiry into the feasability of the proposed junction.
